Return policy
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
1.1. The returned products must be in intact condition, without signs of wear, damage, or unauthorized interventions.
1.2. The return must be made together with the original packaging, intact labels, and all accessories included in the package at the time of delivery.
1.3. If a product has been accompanied by a promotional gift, this must be returned together with the main product.
1.4. Customized or modified products at the customer's request (e.g.: lubrication of switches, stabilizers, tape mode, adding films) I am not eligible for return..
1.5. In the case of purchasing multiple identical products, only one can be tested/unsealed. The others must be returned. in the original packaging, sealed.
1.6. Returns are not accepted. for products that present:

Visible deteriorations (scratches, dents, cracks);

Signs of excessive use;

Missing accessories;

Other interventions that modified the product from its initial state.
1.7. If the products in the package do not match the completed return form, the courier will refuse the collection of the package.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
2.1. Completing the return form – The client must complete the return form available on our website, providing the necessary details.
2.2. Confirmation of the request – After completing the form, our team will review the request and initiate the return process.
2.3. Collection of the package by the courier – A courier will pick up the package in 48 hours from the address indicated by the client.
2.4. Proper packaging – The client must seal the corresponding package to protect the products during transport.
3. TERMS AND COSTS FOR RETURN
3.1. The return of products is possible within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, in accordance with the legislation in force.
3.2. The transportation costs for returns are borne by the customer., unless the product has manufacturing defects.
3.3. The amount related to the returned products will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the client within 14 calendar days from the receipt and verification of the package.
